Terms & Conditions Regarding Collection and Use of Customer Mobile Phone Numbers
By providing your mobile phone number to us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
1. Purpose of Collecting the Information
We only collect your mobile phone number for specific, legitimate, and necessary purposes related to providing and improving the Services. The Information will be used exclusively for the following:
Verifying your identity during account registration, login, or password reset to ensure the security of your account;
Sending you essential notifications, including but not limited to order confirmations, delivery updates, service progress alerts, and after-sales communication;
Delivering one-time verification codes (OTPs) to authenticate your requests (e.g., modifying account settings, processing payments);
Sending you marketing communications (e.g., promotional offers, new product announcements) only if you have explicitly opted in to receive such messages.
2. Collection Method and Scope
Your mobile phone number will be collected through your voluntary provision, such as when you fill in the number on our registration/order forms, or when we obtain it during the OTP verification process (with your consent).
We will only collect the mobile phone number you currently use and that can receive text messages normally. We will not require you to provide irrelevant communication data (e.g., phone contacts, call logs) in connection with the Services.
3. Storage and Security Protection
We will store your Information on servers that comply with national information security standards. We will implement technical and administrative safeguards, including encryption of data in transit, access permission controls, and regular security audits, to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of the Information.
The Information will be stored for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes stated in Section 1, or as required by applicable laws. After the storage period expires (e.g., 6 months after the termination of your use of the Services, or upon your request for deletion), we will either anonymize the Information (so that it can no longer identify you) or permanently delete it, unless laws mandate longer retention (e.g., retention of order-related data for 5 years for compliance purposes).
4. Your Rights and How to Exercise Them
You have the following rights regarding your Information, in accordance with applicable data protection laws:
Right to access and correct: You may query the mobile phone number bound to your account at any time. To correct it (e.g., if your number changes), We will process your request within 1 business day after verification.
Right to request deletion: If you no longer use our Services, you may apply to delete your mobile phone number via [specific channel, e.g., “Account Settings > Privacy > Delete Personal Data”]. We will verify your identity and delete the Information within 3 business days, except for data that must be retained by law.
Right to withdraw consent: You may withdraw your consent to our use of your Information (e.g., opt out of marketing messages) at any time. 5. Restrictions on Use and Third-Party Sharing

We will not sell, rent, or share your Information with any third party without your prior written consent, except in the following cases:
(a) We are required by applicable laws, regulations, or judicial/administrative orders to disclose the Information;
(b) We engage third-party service providers to assist with specific Services (e.g., sending OTPs or delivery notifications). In such cases, we will require the third party to comply with the same security standards as set forth in these Terms, restrict their use of the Information to the performance of the assigned task, and require them to delete the Information once the task is completed.

6. Liability and Disclaimer
You are responsible for keeping your mobile phone number and associated OTPs secure. We will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to protect this information (e.g., account theft due to sharing your OTP with others). If you discover unauthorized use of your mobile phone number in connection with our Services, please contact us immediately to freeze your account.
We will take all reasonable measures to protect the security of your Information, but we cannot guarantee absolute security (e.g., against unauthorized access due to force majeure or breaches of public network security). We will not be liable for losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in laws or our business practices. We will notify you of any material updates via [specific channel, e.g., a pop-up notice on our platform, or a text message to your mobile phone] at least 7 days before the updated Terms take effect. Your continued use of our Services after the effective date will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.
